When is the 2013 Saline Celtic Festival?

The 2013 Saline Celtic Festival will be held Friday & Saturday, July 12 & 13.

Is there shade?

Performance areas are under tents and Mill Pond Park is a beautiful setting with numerous large trees providing shade.

Is there food at the festival?

Lots and very good, as well as beer, ice cream, cold drinks.

How do I find out about lodging?

Holiday Inn & Suites in Ann Arbor at 3155 Boardwalk Drive is the official hotel for the 2013 Saline Celtic Festival. Click here to make your reservations, or call 734-213-1900 and mention the Saline Celtic Festival to get a special rate of $87 per night.

Other than the Festival Grounds, where can I eat?

Refer to the Saline Chamber of Commerce and the web sites for restaurants in Saline.

Buses will run between the Festival site and downtown on a continuous basis.

Are there "Facilities"?

Several areas are set up with portable sanitary facilities (including handicapped) and hand washing areas.

Is there Handicapped Accessibility?

There is a special parking area and transportation near the park, accessible facilities and wheelchair friendly groomed paths. Please contact the Festival office to arrange for special parking.

Can I bring my dog?

Please leave your dog at home.

How do I get to the area if I don't have a car?

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children 12 and under get in to the Festival for FREE. It is a wonderful event for families. There are special performances and activities for kids, souvenirs, kid-food, kid sized tee shirts and a huge playground in the middle of the park. There is lots of shade and the paths throughout the park are suitable for strollers. Remember to bring sunscreen and hats.
