When is the 2010 Saline Celtic Festival?

The 2010 Saline Celtic Festival will be held Saturday, July 17.

Is there shade?

Performance areas are under tents andMill Pond Park is a beautiful setting with numerous large trees providing shade.

Is there food at the festival?

Lots and very good, as well as beer in beer tents, ice cream, cold drinks.

How do I find out about lodging?

Weber's Inn in Ann Arbor is the official hotel for the 2011 Saline Celtic Festival. Weber's has a special rate for Festival attendees. When you make your reservation, mention the Saline Celtic Festival. Toll Free Reservations: (800) 443-305.

For additional lodging, contact the Ann Arbor Convention Visitor's Bureau.

Other than the Festival Grounds, where can I eat?

Refer to the Saline Chamber of Commerce and the web sites for restaurants in Saline.

Busses will run between the Festival site and downtown on a continuous basis.

Are there"Facilities"?

Several areas are set up with portable sanitary facilities (including handicapped) and hand washing areas.

Is there Handicapped Accessibility?

There is a special parking area and transportation near the park, accessible facilities and wheelchair friendly groomed paths. Please contact the Festival office to arrange for special parking.

Can I bring my dog?

Please leave your dog at home.

How do I get to the area if I don't have a car?

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children 12 and under get in to the Festival for FREE. It is a wonderful event for families. There are special performances and activities for kids, souvenirs, kid-food, kid sized tee shirts and a huge playground in the middle of the park. There is lots of shade that the paths throughout the park are suitable for strollers. Remember to bring sunscreen and hats.
